Cancellation and payment conditions
1. Payment and security deposit
- Reservation deposit:
- 50% of the total rental amount is blocked by credit card imprint at the time of booking.
- This amount will not be debited immediately, except in the event of late cancellation or no-show (see conditions below).
2. Cancellation by the tenant
- More than 14 days before arrival:
- No fees will be applied. The 50% deposit is released and the credit card imprint is canceled.
- Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show:
- The 50% blocked on the bank card will be automatically collected in full.
- This amount cannot be carried over as credit for a subsequent stay.
3. Specific cases
- Delay or modification of stay:
- Any request for modification (dates, duration) must be made at least 14 days before arrival, subject to availability.
- In case of early departure, no refund will be granted.
- Force majeure:
- Cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) may result in postponement of the stay, upon presentation of supporting documents.
